Why host an AWC?
The AWC takes place in a different location around Australia each year. Hosts are supported by the AWCinc committee in event planning and facilitation.
Hosting an AWC event is an opportunity for Pagan and witchcraft groups in Australia to provide a ritual and cultural experience for their wider community. In doing so, they contribute to the AWC’s rich history and its continued evolution as a living tradition in the Australian Pagan and Occult landscape.
How to apply
The application process is very simple and is open to any Full Members who would like to apply to host the AWC. Only one member of the applying Host team is required to be a Full Member of AWC Inc.
All Full Members of AWC Inc will be provided with an opportunity to vote on the appointment of the organisers / hosts for future conferences. The decision of the Executive Committee is final. Only Paid Members will be eligible to vote for who hosts the next event.
